Eating light
For the past days I had been experiencing some tummy acids and I was thinking that its stress related. In as much as I can do I am trying to avoid myself to be tired and exhausted especially from office works. Now I am eating light meals only especially at night. Low carb, low calories, less meat and more fiber foods like fruits and vegetables. I am feeling a little okey for now and I would like to continue this habit until my tummy is back to its original state.
