Its been a nice chat with my friend who is living overseas and I was also excited to heard her voice though miles apart. She talked about her new hobby about horse back riding. She enrolled herself in an exclusive club for equestrian and she now belongs to the elite members of the group. I knew before that equestrian has been her passion and I am happy that her dreams are now realized. She is busy for the weekly practice and rehearsals with her team. The wardrobe is quite important because she needs the right and proper get up in every game. She bought sets of  breeches with colors of blue, white, cream, brown and white.  My friend is set for a competition next month so preparation and constant practice kept her busy the past days. I am wishing her good luck on her new hobby and hope to see  her soon.

Today is a Friend In Need Is a Friend Indeed Day. A celebration of those treasured friendship through thick and thin, through ups and downs, sunny and cloudy days of life.  A real friend actually is what this day is all about.  I have experienced friends before who will just appear during fair weathers and such just faded away. This day is dedicated to my ever supporting friends who together we travel life’s many curves. Hope we can all succeed in all our undertakings and all our efforts be continually blessed fro more.

Its been years that my cousin is involved into treasure hunting business and just last week he updated me about his activities with his group. They planned to make some organizational changes and internal re groupings. I do not have a thorough  idea about such matters but he told me that so far their business is doing very well.  He advised me to check out and make a canvass about the best metal detectors in the online market. He wanted a device that is equipped with modern capacity as far as responding to metals is concerned. Their group wanted now  for a system that would be quick  for detection most especially among metals. Hopefully this weekend I can have more time to make some canvass on the detectors and will give an update from time to time.

Blouse gift

I wore this blouse gift last week and I was thankful for my cousin who gave this to me as a present during her vacation in the province. The color is bluish gray top in soft cotton clothing. The v-neckline is sexy and that I wear a peak a boo Lacey black as my undergarment. Very comfortable and nice to wear because it is casual that I can pair with skinny  jeans or comfortable denim shorts. As I read the washing instructions it is important to take extra care on the ironing job so that the front designs will not stick on the heat of the ironing appliance. I am thankful for this blessing and to the thoughtfulness of my cousin.

ncstar binoculars

I had a great weekend with my cousin and we enjoyed each other’s company after quite sometime of not seeing each other. He had been an enthusiast about guns, rifles and other adventure gadgets. Since I am his one loyal fan in terms of his personal interests I enjoyed looking into whats new on his collections. He showed me the ncstar binoculars that he newly bought for his upcoming jungle adventures. They are very modern pieces of equipments that are used to look through to see distant objects and targets more clearly.  I even tried using it and very nice to see far objects that appeared to be just in front of me. I was thinking that the binoculars were of quality kind being the latest in terms of optical instrument.  My cousin told me that I can borrow the binoculars at any time. Well that was a good deal for me.

Independence day

Yesterday  was the celebration of the Philippine Independence Day. A special day for all the Filipinos because it brought the country’s freedom from the history of colonization. The freedom that the people is experiencing now is the result of the struggles of the ancestors and heroes who fought for victory. A symbol of such independence is the flag colored red and blue with three stars and a sun.  I saw many  flags on the streets, offices, public transport, business establishments, malls and more areas that were giving tribute to the symbol of the country. For me real independence starts from every individual who has the continued pursuit for what is good for the country. Being a good citizen is a very basic requirement for each and every one of us. I am hoping that the people will continue to work on from what the history has taught on us. Real Filipino in thought, words and in deeds. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!

Cousin’s family vacation

My cousin and her family just arrived from their wonderful and happy vacation from the United States. It has been her husband’s dream to bring all the family for a US trip the past years but it was only realized last month. Everybody just enjoyed the vacation and for them it was a very memorable one. She sent me some of their great moments and this picture was taken in San Francisco where they were toured by a van with GPS system. her daughter was very interested to see whats inside the van in the background while her son and her mother in-law happily posed for camera. Great family moment that was worth memorable.

Bronx Accident Lawyer

It was a very troubled time during the third week of the month of May (last month only) when the SUV that my cousin was driving met an accident. We were very thankful that my cousins, niece, uncle and aunt were safe and nobody get hurt. However, it was the vehicle that got damaged most because the back part particularly the rear left was broken and cracked due to sudden impact. Everybody were on shocked and that  accident was just so fast. The police immediately investigated the accident scene and on the following day my cousin referred what happened  to a very credible Bronx Accident Lawyer on whatever legal matters that he would do about the accident. Driving really needs a big responsibility especially on the person behind the wheels.  It was a sudden moment  for everybody and next time they would be careful already.

New timepiece

I am happy to have this new watch that I bought last week in the mall. A very good timing because the watch that I daily used was no longer functioning and the battery is no longer replaceable.  It was already worn out after years of being in service to me.  When I got a gift coupon ( I made a post about it on the previous date) courtesy of my generous cousin, I thought that it was a perfect time now to buy for a new watch. The brand is AXN and I choose this neutral brown color that can match with my daily get up.  A quartz, stainless steel back cover and water resistant quality. It feels good to have a new accessory this time and hope it would serve its purpose to me.

Nail pampering

After several months of being in a mess, I just had my time for myself last weekend. I visited my favorite foot salon and did some pedicure. This is one kind of nail pampering that I owed to my feet.  The person who did the work is also my long time salon friend and she already knew what to do with my pedicure. The toenails were carefully cleaned and the dry skin in each of the toenails were removed using a pusher, nail clipper and nail cutter. I like the square cut on my nails this time for a change. Then the nails were colored with glossy orange brown.  A little foot massage was then applied and it felt very relaxing to the feet after. Now my toenails are nicely colored and I feel thankful for the time that I was able to pamper myself even for a while.
