I visited my uncle the other day in his hometown province a few hours travel from the city where I am residing.  He is just a cool and down to earth man just like my father. Its been a while since the last time that we saw each other that is why he missed me so much and  same as with me. We had a great conversation and lots of updates about each others lives. While chatting,  my uncle was occasionally puffing some chocolate cigars which has been his pastime when staying at home.  Not as often though because he is watching on his health. I love to see him in his manly image with a cigar in his mouth and that  made our conversation even more interesting.

New nail clipper

After so many years of nail cutting services, my old nail cutter finally expired. So I decided to buy yesterday a brand new one when I visited the cosmetics department of the nearby mall.  There are lots of brands and kinds of nail clippers being sold in the market but I am very choosy and particular about which kind of brand to buy. I specify the trim brand because of the quality and durability of the material.  The metal is hard and can sustain any force when in use. It has nail file and and push metal built in the clipper. The price is quite higher as compared to the common kinds of clippers but for sure this one that i bought would durably lasts for years of being in use.

Pawnshop update

I have been very busy this week because it is tax season. It will be until early of next week actually because it is being extended. In spite of my hectic schedule I always see to it that I can update my pawned jewelries. This week I have two updated on the shop and in as much as I would like to fully paid them, it is not yet feasible this time. I am hoping that I can redeem all of them one at a time.  The renewal should be always updated five days after the due date to avoid surcharges that would be added to the interest charges. I still have more this week and just hoping that I can always update my pawned items in time.

bike rack for cars

My family is planning for some summer getaways this month of April. It is always our activity every summer season to spend an out of town trip as part of our rest and recreation.  My brother would like to use his brand new sport utility vehicle because of its  size that can cater for the whole family. He wants to buy a bike rack for cars this time. This is an adventure travel gear that we can use for our trip since we will be bringing two mountain bikes. It will be used as a top load of the SUV.   I am already excited for the coming out of town recreation with the whole family and hoping that it will be a great and safe event for all of us.  

Welcome April

The start of the summer season is already in and the weather for the past days has been so hot. Early morning the sun’s rays can be seen and at around seven o’clock in the morning, I can already feel the heat while walking then riding  from home going to the downtown district. Though it is already the onset of the summer months, the weather bureau still announced that some scattered rain showers can be experience during summer season. I like the weather this time because the sun’s heat can easily dried up my laundry. I also like to wear my fashionable sunglasses while spending time in the outdoors and wearing my sleeveless blouses and jeans during casual activities. Looking forward to enjoy the benefits of this summer season.

Real property tax payment

Today is the deadline for the real property tax payment for this year twenty twelve. This is an annual obligation for the city government with regards to those who are owning a residential and real properties. I should pay it and look for some cash to pay it today or else I will be impose of penalties for the whole year. Unlike last year wherein I took time to fa fall in line for payment, now I requested an employee from the said office to have it be assessed and paid by her in my behalf. Good thing she agreed with me and I am able to secure payments without the hassle of time. I have to thank her for her time on it. Now I am a little relieve of some payables this first quarter of the year.

It is summer season once again and the sun is up on higher degrees of heat especially during daytime. I am always very careful on those damaging effects of sun this time so  I bought a pack of eb5 facial treatment from an exclusive shop last weekend.
