Handy water bottle

The scorching heat of the sun everyday makes me feel sweaty and dehydrated so I always have with me a handy water bottle where I can put a mineral water to drink anywhere I goes. According to health experts, our body needs to by hydrated everyday and we are required to drink at least eight glasses of water. But in this season where the humidity arises, I think I drink more that the required eight glasses. The handy bottle contains one half of a litter and I can consume about three of it in a day. I do not feel tired during the entire day as I am hydrated. One thing though is that going to the ladies room is sometimes bothering because I have to empty my bladder from time to time. I think I will buy one handy bottle too for my brother so that he can have something to use for his daily drinking.

Airline problems

The news of the week are centered on the the problems regarding the airline services of most domestic flights here in the country. Many passengers were complaining on the inefficiency of the airlines with regards to information on schedules, flight delays, check ins, cargo problems and many more. There were even airport fights that happened because of the said events. I was a victim of airport delays on flight way back in the year 2009 where I waited for three hours and I arrived on my destination around early morning already. Why do people have to suffer for the fault and bad services of the airlines? This would create a bad image and I hope will be given proper action so that it will not cause so much trouble later on.

Jewelry renewal

It is time again for the renewal of my jewelry this week. Been a while that I had been updating it because it was on pawn and I need to regularly pay the interests to avoid further added penalties. If I can remember the jewelry that was pawned was a pair of multi-toned necklace and a bracelet. The interests charges are my monthly obligation and in as much as I wanted to redeem it, it is not yet feasible this time. I am just looking forward that I will be able to get it immediately when I can be financially stable already. In somehow such jewelry helped me in those time where I was financially hard up. It is my personal conviction to be able to redeem all my pawned accessories the soonest time.

Good fruits for digestion

I am already aware of some food intakes that I have because I value health first and foremost. Me and my brother just recovered early this year from digestion problems and good thing now our tummies are back into its original state. I read in an article about eating fruits that naturally would help in one’s digestion problems. These fruits are pineapple and papaya. I used to hate pineapple before because it was the culprit when I got worsen on my allergies. I tried eating a few slices and it seems that my body is no longer that reactive and I never felt or seen some allergy reactions on my skin. Papaya is also one good fruit because of its natural properties in aiding to easy digestion. These two fruits are great sources of natural enzymes that would help in digesting proteins that we are eating everyday. I always see to it that I can eat these fruits every week and make them part of our diet at home.

Bourne movie on DVD

I always enjoy watching nice action movies. When I visited a store in the mall that sells movies on DVD, I tried to checked out if they have a movie “The Bourne Ultimatum”. Good timing because there was an available disc on it. I bought one and watched it at home. I like to watched this movie because this is a prelude before the new movie that is soon to be released on August. What is exciting is the coming soon movie was mostly shot here in the country. The Bourne ultimatum is about a trained assassin Jason Bourne, having lost his memory and the one person he loved, he is undeterred by the barraged of bullets from a new generation of highly trained killers, tracking his every move and who will stop at nothing to prevent him from learning his true identity. I like the heart stopping actions and stunts of the good looking Matt Damon. The movie line is -remember everything, forgive nothing. One movie that I would always like to watch and see on the coming episodes and sequels.

Bag organizer

I always carry with me a bag where I can put on all my personal belongings everyday like cellular phone, hair brush, wallet, ball pen, sun glasses, small umbrella, mini note pad, coin purse, make up, lipsticks, face powder, perfume, handkerchief and more. With so many personal essentials I like my bag to be organize so that I can manage everything in it. I bought a red bag organizer in the mall because it is very useful in my daily carry on bag. It is made of light material with many compartments inside. It can also fit with any usual sizes of hand carry bags. This kind of bag organizer is often not available in the department store particularly in the women’s bag’s section and so when my sister found that there was one on display sale, I immediately told her to buy one for me.

Weekend get together

I had a chance to be with my officemates today for an overnight get together in an exclusive inland resort. It was a thirty minutes travel from the city going to the resort on board a rented van. We were more that twenty heads as some of my officemates bring with them their families. We check in at around two o’clock in the afternoon. The scorching hot of the sun does not mind us at all because everyone is excited for the adventure. The resort is nice with many terrains and hills. This is a get together of sight seeing, food sharing and even swimming at late night. I like the cottage that we stay because the room and the bed are comfortable. I am able to sleep well and it feels comfortable. This is a nice get together even just once a year to have a break from the monotony of office work.

I ran out of my personal conditioner in my bathroom so I decide to buy today a replacement conditioner. This time I choose the chamomile conditioner because it can effectively conditions my color treated hair. Being color treated requires about being careful when buying for a conditioner of ones hair type. My hair is long and thick actually and I always see to it that my mane is manageable everyday. What I lie about the conditioner is that it is natural, sulfate free unlike other commercial shampoos which contains harsh ingredients and can have some bad effect in long term of use. I am using the chamomile conditioner everyday and I have noticed that my hair is well nourished, manageable and looking healthy.
